Mr. Zaidi is a seasoned HR practitioner and Certified Business Consultant. As a senior faculty member for Human Capital Institute, he covers the Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal regions.
Mr. Zaidi has more than 19 years of experience in various industries and capacities. He holds the following recognition from numerous global institutes: Certified KPI Professional, Certified Strategic HR Business Partner, Certified Business Consultant, Certified Total Rewards Professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in HR (BBHR), Certified Lean Professional, and Certified Kaizen facilitator, and Certified Psychometric Professional. He has also been awarded the World Training & Development Leadership Award from World HRD Congress.
He is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and a Professional International Member of the Association of Talent Development. He also serves as Secretary General for the Professional Society of Bangladesh and Life Fellow of Bangladesh Society for HRM.
Mr. Zaidi completed his master’s degree in HRM at University of Dhaka. He also completed post-graduate diplomas in HRM and management consulting as well as an advanced diploma in NLP. His consulting experience includes roles both as HR-OD consultant and business
consultant in nearly 20 organizations. He has provided consulting on KPI setting, PMS, strategy development, people development, business development, and more. He has experience in training and public speaking worldwide, including Singapore, Malaysia, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
